To the Ravelco crew: Please let me share a story with you that is going to make a few friends of mine pissed off. When I picked up my new 2016 Ford F150 King Ranch a few weeks ago, I wanted to get your Ravelco installed as soon as possible. The Ravelco system saved my previous F-350 Super Duty twice in the last 6 years that I had my truck. Two of my jack-ass friends said Ravelco was “old school” and I needed to get with the program and get a “state of the art” full blown alarm system with a paging system that alerts you if someone is messing with your truck. I don’t know why but I took their advice and paid nearly $1000 to have one installed in my truck like they did.
A week ago after the Texan’s game, when I came out my new truck was gone. I call to see if it was towed and it was not. I did not even get a text letting me know someone was messing with it either (like advertised). A policeman who took my report said someone must have disarmed it with a scanner. What a waste of money! I am taking delivery of my new 2016 F-150 this Wednesday. Is it possible for your crew to install it at the dealership before I take it home? I am scared to death.
